How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to declare a return and send the items back.

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, simply send an e-mail to hello@lucore.de with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will reply within 24 hours with further details and the exact instructions for sending back your package.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
In accordance with our policy, buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If we provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label upon request, the cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
